Mrs. Kaneng Adole is a lawyer by profession.  She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1986.

She has had both public and private sector experience, having served as a State Counsel in the Ministry of Justice Plateau State, and Legal Adviser / Company Secretary to New Nigeria Development Company (NNDC).  She has attended diverse courses in Management and Law within and outside the country, and is an alumni of the International Development Law Institute, Rome.

She is a member on the Board of Directors of Hill Station Hotels Limited, Jos.  She is married with children.
